| Pricing : | Prices are in UK pounds sterling. |

| Availability : | If an item is "In Stock", please be aware that this may be either in stock at the shop, at our warehouse, or at our supplier. Delivery times may therefore vary dependant on it's exact status. If your order is urgent, please include this information with your order, so we can offer a better service. |

| Returns & Refunds : | If you no longer require an item, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can cancel your order. |
Goods may be returned for a refund / exchange within 14 days of receipt, this is on the condition that they are returned unused in their original packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us you are returning the item and put a note in with parcel explaining how you would like us to proceed so as to avoid delays in dealing with your return. |
